KAY Jewelers offers free shipping every day. This applies to both KAY Jewelers and KAY Jewelers Outlet. KAY Jewelers only offers free shipping for U.S. addresses in the continental United States. Also, you must spend over $50 to qualify.
Free shipping is not applicable for Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. KAY Jewelers excludes shipments to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses from free shipping.
How fast is KAY Jewelers shipping?
KAY Jewelers offers fast and efficient delivery. All orders placed by 2:00 pm ET Monday to Friday typically take just one day to process. Ground shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Customized products take longer to process and dispatch. Products that require customization, such as ring sizing or personalization, take up to 12 days to process. After processing, KAY Jewelers delivers your customized item two business days after the shipment date.
Is there same-day delivery at Kay Jewelers?
Yes. If you need a last-minute gift, then choosing same-day delivery at KAY Jewelers is the best way to make sure it arrives on time. Choose same-day delivery from your local store. Each store has a 25-mile delivery radius.
Limitations may apply to same-day delivery items. You can only get same-day delivery on items available for Buy Online Pick Up in Store. This means that the stock available depends on what is in stock in your nearby KAY Jewelers locations.
How do I get same-day delivery?
To find the products that are available for same-day shipping, follow these steps:
- Go to KAY Jewelers and go to the “Select Your Store” feature at the top left of the page. Input your zip code and select which store you wish to shop from.
- To ensure you only see available products for pick up or same-day delivery, ensure that you have selected the “Get it Fast” filter. This will only show items available for pick up and same-day delivery.
- Go to check out and select “Same-Day Delivery” from the shipping options.
Who fulfills same-day shipping at KAY Jewelers?
Roadie handles KAY Jewelers’ same-day shipments. If you order by 1:00 pm local time, Roadie delivers your item the same working day.
Will you get a tracking number for same-day delivery?
Yes. When you order and opt for same-day delivery, look out for a tracking number on your email. This allows you to keep track of your order’s status online.
Can I get same-day delivery for free?
No. Although you can get standard delivery for free at KAY Jewelers, this does not apply to the same-day delivery option. Same-Day delivery costs $29.95.
Do I need to be at home for Same-Day Delivery?
You only need to be at home for Same-Day Delivery if your order is over $1000. Orders over $1000 require a signature. Roadie will place other items in your mailbox.

- At the top of the products selected, you will see a checkbox that says: “Pickup Today at [Location] or Same-Day Delivery to your door”. Select this option to see the available product.
- Select Pick Up Order at checkout when you pay for your item.
- You will receive an email or text when your item is ready for pickup. This typically takes less than 4 hours.
- You can pick it up that day or within three days of confirmation.
Note: KAY Jewelers cancel any orders not collected after the third day. They will refund your purchase.
Why choose pickup instead of delivery?
Pickup is perfect if you need Same-Day Delivery but don’t want to pay the extra $29.95. Same-Day pickup is free. Most collections can happen within 4 hours. It is perfect for last-minute gifts for loved ones without huge expense either. Also, if you know that you won’t be in during delivery and are worried about your package, it gives you peace of mind your gift is safe.
