Will Old Navy ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. Old Navy will ship to every U.S. state and territory with the Basic and Standard shipping option. You cannot get Express or Priority shipping outside of the continental United States.
Can I get Old Navy delivered to my address in a U.S. Territory?
Yes. Get basic or standard delivery to America Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Allow 14 business days for delivery.
Can I ship to APO or FPO?
Yes. Ship to APO and FPO, but please allow 14 days for delivery. Shipping to APO or FPO is only available with basic or standard shipping.
Can I get perfumes or colognes shipped?
Yes. Get perfumes and colognes shipped with basic and standard shipping. You may not be able to get your perfume or cologne shipped via express or priority shipping. This is because of the shipment methods. Perfume and cologne can only ship via ground methods.
Will my order be sent in one shipment?
Usually, your order will be sent in one shipment. Occasionally your order will be sent in multiple shipments. If your order is split between multiple shipments, you will not need to pay extra shipping charges.
Who fulfills the shipment?
Old Navy uses a variety of carriers. The carrier they use depends on your location and from which warehouse they are shipping from. Carriers include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), the United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, United Delivery Services (UDS), LaserShip, and OnTrac.
Can I ship to more than one address?
Only choose one address to ship to per order. To send to multiple addresses, you will need to make separate purchases.

No. Both Curbside Pickup and In-Store Pickup are only available at limited stores.
How do I order for pickup?
To order for pickup, you simply need to select that option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification.
How long will my order be held?
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will have 5 days to pick up your item. If you don’t pick your item up by then, you will get your money back, and your item will be returned to stock.
How can I return an item?
You can return an item at any open Old Navy or by returning it via mail. You have 45 days from purchase to return your item.
If you want to return the item because you paid a higher price and the item is now on sale for less, Old Navy will honor the lower price. Get in touch to get the price adjusted. Price adjustments are only available for regularly priced items going on sale. You cannot get adjustments if you use a coupon.
