- Join UO Rewards
You should join UO Rewards regardless of whether you are shopping there for just one gift or you love the store and shop there regularly. It is free to join, and you can get a welcome 10% off coupon. If you complete a few steps, earn up to $10 in Rewards right away. Shop there often, and you can continue to earn points and perks as you move up into Silver-tier and then Gold-tier.
For every 100 points earned, receive a $5 Rewards coupon to use on $10 and over purchases. When you sign up, if you complete these actions, earn two $5 Rewards coupons.

- Download the UO App (50 points).

Points help you earn $5 Rewards. Points are important to graduate to the next tier. There are three tiers in total. You start at the standard membership. You can graduate to Silver and Gold memberships later on. Each tier increases the benefits and amount of points you can earn.
- Get free shipping or pick up in-store
You get free shipping on most orders over $50. The exception is for furniture and bulk orders, where there is a $99.95 Unlimited delivery fee. This furniture fee covers all your furniture items in one purchase fee, making it more economical to buy a full furniture set than just one item at a time.
- For most orders, Urban Outfitters applies the standard rate
If your order does not qualify for free shipping or you are worried about not being home when they deliver your order, you can instead send your order to be picked up in-store. If your order is in stock in the store, you select it to be ready in a few hours. If it is not in stock, Urban Outfitters will ship your order from their distribution center to the store of your choice.
When your order arrives, Urban Outfitters will send an email update. You will have a week to pick up your item. If not, Urban Outfitters will return your item and refund you the price you paid, minus any restocking fees that they will have incurred.
Also, opt to collect your order from a collection point. This is less than standard delivery.
- Get a price adjustment for online orders
If you buy an item online at its full price and it goes on sale less than 14 days later, then you can get the difference refunded. Get in touch with the customer service team to ensure you still get the chance to make great savings. Urban Outfitters only makes price adjustments for online purchases and not for in-store purchases.
