Does Zales offer free shipping? 

No. Although Zales does not regularly offer free shipping on your purchases, it occasionally may have a special free shipping promotion running for a limited time. You’ll see this on their website next to the branded banner. Does Zales offer free pickup? 

Yes. You can always choose to have your order shipped to your nearest Zales or Zales Outlet for free pickup. When you choose the pickup option, but your items are not currently in stock at your local Zales store, the company will pay the shipping charges.  

Does Zales offer same-day free pickup? 

Yes. You can avoid the shipping rate and the delivery time by shopping the available stock at your local Zales online. To do this, you first need to select a nearby Zales store. This can be either a Zales or Zales Outlet location. Once you have selected your local store, select the Same Day Deliver/Local Pickup option at the top of the page. 

Selecting this option shows you products available in your selected store. At the checkout, you will see an option for pickup instead of delivery. Choose this when you pay. 

How will I know my order is ready for pickup? 

You will receive an email when your order is ready. Items available for Same Day Delivery/Local Pickup typically only take a few hours to be ready. 

How long will Zales hold my pickup order? 

Zales will hold your order for three days. If you do not pick up your order within this time, Zales will refund your order via your original payment method. They then return the item in question to stock. 

Does Zales offer curbside pickup? 

Yes. You will use the same method as Same-Day free pickup. To get curbside delivery, you will need to click on your email or text link. This email or text is the same one that informs you that your order is ready. 

After clicking on the link, enter your vehicle information and select “I’m On My Way”. 

Once you arrive, park in the Curbside Pick Up Area. Once you are parked, click the “I’m Here” button in your email or text and confirm your purchase with a few prompts. Next, a Zales Associate will deliver your purchase directly to your car. You will need to show your photo ID. 

What are Zales shipping rates? 

The Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping options offer plenty of options to customers. Zales does not allow Expedited and Express shipping for custom-sized items like rings and personalized items. Also, they do not allow Express and Expedited shipping for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or PO boxes. 

Who fulfills the Express and Expedited shipping at Zales? 

UPS fulfills Express and Expedited shipping orders at Zales. If you want to learn more about whether a shipping option is available in your area, contact their customer service at 1-800-PICK-UPS or via email. 

Will I receive a UPS or USPS tracking number? 

Yes. Once your order has been packaged and is ready for shipment, Zales sends you a tracking number to your email. You can use it to track your order through the UPS site – ideal if you need to be home for signing the package. 

Is Zales liable if my package gets delayed due to weather? 

No. Zales will not hold liability or refund your shipping charge if there is a delay due to weather delay, which is something out of their control. 

Does Zales offer same-day delivery? 

Yes. You can get select products with same-day delivery. All you need to do is select the Same Day Delivery/Pickup option at the top of the webpage to shop styles available for same-day delivery in your area. Same-day delivery is perfect for last-minute gifts. To qualify for same-day delivery, you must place your order before 1:00 PM. If you place your order after 1:00 PM, you will get your delivery the next day. 

Are Zales deliveries signed for? 

Only orders valued over $1000 are signed for and will need a signature upon delivery. You cannot opt-out of this with a signature waiver. UPS will reattempt delivery three business days in a row if you are not home. If Zales cannot deliver the package during this time, UPS will return this to Zales.
